By purchasing my services (digital illustration), you automatically agree to the following conditions.
Please read this in its entirety. I will refuse any commission if these terms are not agreed upon.
No personal information will be shared with a third party, unless for legal purposes.
Project files will only be shared among myself and client, and won't be shared or distributed to another party without approval.
Art work is not for NFT use.
Anyone found violating these terms will be added to my block list.

GENERAL
All commissioned must be requested by persons who are 18+ and can legally agree to these terms.
My services include a digital file only, no prints, unless otherwise agreed upon.
I have the right to refuse commissions if the requested work dose not align with my skills.
I have the right to decline a request if the time frame given is too short to complete requested works.
Clients will receive files after final payment and sent too provided e-mail
Clients are expected to give feedback at critical junctions in the process depending on request
By commissioning me you are agreeing that you are paying for the service requested with the understanding you have rights to use the illustration, either as your own OC or you have permission from the original creator.

PAYMENT
Payment is in USD and processed through Paypal
50% must be paid before I start work and remaining balance paid in full before completed files are sent.
I do not accept e-transfers, cryptocurrency, money orders, money grams, checks, credits, etc.
USAGE RIGHTS
Please credit me, Northmancreations, on your social media when posting the commission/art.
Please do not claim my work as your own.
The client can stream, use, and post the image publicly.
I reserve the right to use the artwork for portfolio or promotional means.
Do not re-distribute finished pieces for commercial use unless agreed upon between myself & client.
Use of my work for any profits or association with NFT’s or cryptocurrencies are strictly prohibited.
CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS AND CHARGE-BACKS
Commissions are subject to cancellation if the client becomes unresponsive for an extended time without notice.
If an order is cancelled before starting, a re-schedule may be possible.
I reserve the right to cancel and refund a commission at any time, with notification to the commissioner, due to poor communication, rude/inappropriate behaviour, or any kind of abuse. Depending on the progress made/time spent you may be issued a full, partial, or no refund.
If you, the client, cancel the commission, you will be offered a refund of the remaining work.
I can only refund 100% of the payment if I have not started working on the request.
You are required to contact me when you need to cancel a commission request.
No refunds/charge-backs are allowed from the client’s side. Any deposits/payments that you’re not able or willing to pay must be discussed with me and agreed upon before refunds.
If for any reason your PayPal account malfunctions or authorizes a refund request without your knowledge, you must contact me as soon as possible in order to resolve the issue.
